As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive travel experience for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
Β Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, including tagging and handling baggage
Β Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
Β Ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations
Β Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Β Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
Β High school diploma or equivalent
Β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease
Β Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Β Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Β Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
