Job Description

Responsibilities

– Lead and supervise cabin crew members to ensure smooth and efficient in-flight service.

– Conduct pre-flight briefings and ensure team members are well-prepared for each flight.

– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns promptly.

– Manage and resolve in-flight issues and emergencies, maintaining calm and professionalism.

– Oversee the proper loading and stowage of cabin baggage.

– Conduct safety demonstrations and brief passengers on emergency procedures.

– Monitor cabin environment, including lighting, temperature, and cleanliness.

– Assist with the boarding and disembarkation process.

– Collaborate with the flight deck crew to ensure a coordinated and efficient operation.

Requirements

– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cabin crew member, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Valid passport and eligibility to work in the United States.

– Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

– Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education & Experience

– High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

– Certification in safety and emergency procedures is highly desirable.

Work Environment

– The role involves working in a pressurized cabin environment.

– Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

– Must adhere to strict grooming and uniform standards.

– Must be willing to travel extensively and be away from home for extended periods.

– Must maintain physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
