Job Description
Delta Airlines is seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Virtual Assistants. As a part-time Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our administrative and customer service functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while becoming a vital part of a globally recognized airline company.
Requirements
– High-speed internet connection
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Previous experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role is preferred but not required
– Customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
