Job Description:

Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests
Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Document customer interactions thoroughly in the company system
