Key Responsibilities:
Ā * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
Ā * Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information
Ā * Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations
Ā * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary
Ā * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta policies, procedures, and services
Ā Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ā * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
Ā * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ā * Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
Ā * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ā * Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Ā Experience:
Ā * Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required
Ā * Training will be provided to successful candidates
Ā Working Hours:
Ā * Flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time positions available
Ā * Rotating shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
