Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.



Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering travel-related queries.



Provide support for customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.



Educate customers on Delta’s policies, procedures, and services.



Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.



Collaborate with team members and management to enhance customer service effectiveness.



Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery.
