Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus
Strong written communication skills
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
