Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
