**Job Description:**

You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing in-flight sales and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, all while soaring thousands of feet above ground!
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the aircraft.
– Deliver exemplary customer service including meal and beverage services, and addressing in-flight needs.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
– Assist with the boarding process, as well as the stowing of carry-on baggage.
– Provide clear and professional announcements and communications.
– Manage in-flight sales and service promotions.
– Handle any emergencies that arise, administer first aid, and remain composed under pressure.
– Attend and successfully complete all required training programs.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
– Compliant with FAA and Delta’s appearance and uniform standards.
– Capable of working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.
**Desired Skills:**
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Prior customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully.
– Comfortable working in a confined space and at high altitudes.
– A positive attitude and resilience to stress.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Further certifications in hospitality or tourism are beneficial.
**Experience:**
– Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
