1. Handle inbound customer service calls related to flight reservations, ticketing, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related questions.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight details, services, and policies.
3. Assist customers in resolving booking issues, including changes, cancellations, and upgrades.
4. Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with Delta Airlines policies.
5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
7. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
*Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
4. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
7. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
*Educational Qualifications:**
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Additional training in customer service or related field is a plus.
*Experience:**
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the airline or travel industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.
