Keep passengers informed about any changes to their travel plans and assist them in making alternative arrangements when necessary. 5. Sales and Promotions: Promote Delta Airline products, services, and loyalty programs to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, preferred seating, or premium amenities. 6. Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Delta Airline website, mobile app, or online booking tools. Assist customers with navigation, account login, password resets, and other technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken.
