Job Summary of Delivery Route Driver: Working under general supervision, the Delivery Route Driver focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by promptly picking up and dropping off packages and customer orders at FedEx Office. They ensure shipments adhere to FedEx service requirements while offering customer support services. Responsibilities of Delivery Route Driver: • Responsibilities are fulfilled by driving a company vehicle and making sure that routine servicing and cleaning of vehicles are accomplished. • The dispatcher has the capability to adjust the stops on the courier's route as required, with route information being provided centrally. • Secure the timely and safe shipment of packages to customers in a designated city or region, as per predefined delivery schedules. • Safely load, unload, and transport packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are handled properly to prevent any harm.
