Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Order picking and pallet arrangment
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying items and quantities before leaving the warehouse
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
Qualifications:
- Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to operate box trucks
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Food/Meat company delivery experience preferred but not required
Shift varies Mon --Sat 5:30am -- 3:00pm (Full-time + )
