• *Deduction Analyst (Remote – Night Shift)** • *Work Setup:** Remote • *Schedule:** Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Philippine Time) • *Type:** Full-Time • *About the Role** We are looking for a **Deduction Analyst** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving customer deductions and chargebacks. You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Accounts Receivable to ensure clean deduction aging, accurate trade promotion tracking, and improved recovery rates. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you. • *Key Responsibilities** • Review and resolve customer deductions related to pricing, shortages/damages, returns, allowances, trade promotions, and compliance/chargebacks. • Validate claims using supporting documents such as POs, PODs/BOLs, invoices, contracts, TPM deals, and retailer portal evidence. • Accurately code reasons and decide claim disposition (valid/invalid/partial). • Prepare and submit dispute packages with complete documentation via retailer portals (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon/Vendor Central) or TPAs. • Track and recover invalid claims, including negotiations when necessary. • Match deductions to trade events, accruals, and off-invoice deals; coordinate with Sales/TPM to address setup issues. • Communicate with Sales and customers regarding discrepancies in promotional plans and invoices. • Maintain documentation in Doc-Link and update data in AFS system. • Provide weekly reports to Sales Managers on balances and deduction status. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • *Qualifications** • *Must-Have Skills:** • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English). • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Customer service-oriented and a strong team player. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • *Education & Experience:** • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and 2–3 years of relevant experience. • Background in accounting or finance preferred. • Knowledge of debits, credits, and ability to read accounting reports. • *Technical Skills:** • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email (Intermediate level). • Familiarity with Doc-Link, AFS system, and retailer portals is a plus. • *Additional Skills:** • Ability to interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. • Strong mathematical skills (discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, proportions). • Ability to collect data, analyze problems, and draw valid conclusions. • *Why Join Us?** • Work from home with a stable night shift schedule • Collaborate with a supportive, highly qualified team • Gain valuable experience with top global retailers and trade systems Interested candidates may apply directly through Indeed or send their updated resume to **[email protected]**.
