Dedicated Hygienist Responsibilities:
Perform dental hygiene procedures to promote oral health and prevent dental diseases
Conduct patient screenings and medical history documentation
Administer treatments such as cleanings, fluoride applications, and periodontal therapies
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care
Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Hygienist Qualifications:
Current dental hygienist license
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
CPR Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience using dental technology such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital X-rays
Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
Clinical needs as required by the office
