The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Dealer Success Manager to partner closely with dealership teams and drive performance on the Curbee platform. In this role, you’ll work directly in the field to ensure dealers aren’t just live—but actively engaged and seeing real results. This isn’t a passive account management position; you’ll take ownership of adoption, utilization, and overall success. Your focus is simple: increase usage, strengthen engagement, and deliver measurable impact across your dealer portfolio. What You’ll Do Own Dealer Performance: Manage a portfolio of dealership partners, ensuring Curbee is fully implemented, consistently adopted, and delivering measurable results. Launch Dealers: Lead in-person launches across dealers to ensure teams are trained, aligned, and ready to execute Partner with Leadership: Work directly with Service Managers, BDC Managers, and GMs to align priorities and drive outcomes Drive Adoption: Support dealers post-launch, turning go-live into consistent usage across BDC and service teams Identify Gaps: Evaluate the customer experience, observe workflows, and pinpoint breakdowns impacting performance Manage Performance: Perform MBRs and QBRs, track key metrics like appointments, utilization, and review results on a regular cadence Drive Execution: Deliver clear, actionable recommendations and follow through to ensure adoption Support Growth: Expand mobile service adoption by increasing awareness, improving utilization, and unlocking growth opportunities What We’re Looking For Automotive experience (2+ years): Background in dealership operations, customer success, or dealer-facing roles Understanding of fixed ops: Familiarity with BDC, service workflows, and dealership operations Execution-focused: Ability to identify issues and drive follow-through to resolution Field-ready: Comfortable working onsite with dealership teams Strong communicator: Able to work across frontline staff and leadership effectively High ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes and steps in where needed Adaptable: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity Your Superpowers Driving engagement and adoption Simplifying complex problems into clear actions Building strong relationships with dealership teams Accountability internally on our team and with our clients Operating with urgency and focusing on results What You’ll Get $90,000 – 115,000 Salary (depending on experience) Performance Bonuses (quarterly and annually) Equity ownership (because we’re all in this together) Comprehensive benefits with unlimited PTO Referral incentives for new clients and internal employee hires The chance to make a massive impact on a small, fast-moving team If you’re highly motivated, love tackling big challenges, and want to build a future you can be proud of (while sneaking in a cookie or two), we’d love to chat.
