About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and process-oriented Deal Desk Associate, acting as the primary facilitator for the quote-to-cash process across our Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. You will act as both a strategic advisor to the Sales team for deal structuring and a gatekeeper for corporate governance, ensuring every sales order is accurate, compliant, and optimized for revenue recognition. This role is ideal for an individual who can balance high-velocity deal flow with the rigorous oversight needed in a scaling SaaS environment.
What you'll do and how you'll have an impact
Own the end-to-end Order Management process, from quote creation through final deal booking, ensuring every order meets internal booking policies and revenue recognition standards
Serve as the primary advisor to the Sales team on pricing, discounting, and non-standard contract terms, partnering with Legal on redlines and Finance on pricing approvals
Validate all Closed-Won opportunities in Salesforce, including ARR/ACV calculations, payment schedules, and subscription data, ahead of monthly and quarterly financial closes
Manage the Salesforce SKU catalog, ensuring products are accurately quoted and deployed in line with Product Marketing guidance
Facilitate private offer creation and contract signing on hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP, Microsoft), and surface automation and scalability opportunities to the Product team
Partner with Revenue Operations to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, with a focus on automating routine Order Management tasks
What we're looking for
3–5 years in Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company
Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce.com for deal validation, SKU management, and opportunity tracking
Solid understanding of SaaS financial metrics — ARR, ACV, and multi-year ramp structures — and the ability to interpret complex pricing models
Experience with Cloud Marketplace platform (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft) and familiarity with private offer workflows is a plus
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for pricing calculations and deal modeling
Strong attention to detail — you consistently catch data inconsistencies before they impact downstream reporting or financial closes
