Join us in our mission to empower the next generation of builders.About the role: We're seeking a Deal Desk Administrator to support our sales operations and ensure seamless deal execution at Replit. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our revenue team, managing complex deal structures, pricing approvals, and contract processes. You'll play a critical role in accelerating our sales cycle while maintaining deal quality and compliance standards that support our mission to democratize software creation.What You'll DoManage end-to-end deal desk operations including quote generation, pricing approvals, and contract reviewsPartner with sales teams to structure complex deals for enterprise customersMaintain pricing integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirementsStreamline deal approval workflows and reduce sales cycle friction through process optimizationCollaborate with finance, legal, and product teams on non-standard deal terms and pricing exceptionsGenerate accurate sales forecasts and deal pipeline reports for leadershipCreate and maintain documentation for deal desk processes and pricing guidelinesSupport contract negotiations and amendments with cross-functional stakeholdersAnalyze deal performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvementsTrain sales teams on deal desk tools, processes, and best practicesRequired Skills & Experience1+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations rolesUnderstanding of SaaS pricing models, contract terms, and deal structuringProficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) toolsAnalytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysisStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneouslyEffective communication skills to collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and product teamsExperience with contract management and understanding of standard SaaS agreement termsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needsBonus QualificationsActive Replit user with understanding of developer tools and coding platformsExperience at a high-growth SaaS company or developer-focused platformBackground in finance, accounting, or business operationsFamiliarity with subscription billing models and usage-based pricingExperience with sales enablement and training programsFull-Time Employee Benefits Include Competitive Salary & Equity 401(k) Program⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave Commuter Benefits Monthly Wellness Stipend ‍ Autonoumous Work Environement In Office Set-Up Reimbursement Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays Quarterly Team Gatherings☕ In Office AmenitiesWant to learn more about what we are up to?Meet the Replit AgentReplit: Make an app for thatReplit BlogAmjad TED TalkInterviewing + Culture at ReplitOperating PrinciplesReasons not to work at ReplitTo achieve our mission of making programming more accessible around the world, we need our team to be representative of the world.
