Area Supervisor (Remote)Arion Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), administrative staff, and an assigned caseload of members. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with funding and licensing requirements, and strong relationships with members, families, and staff.Responsibilities:Supervise DSPs and administrative staffManage member caseloads and attend planning meetingsOversee payroll, billing, and documentationEnsure compliance with service, licensing, and funding requirementsTrain DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentationTrack certifications, compliance, and service dataAddress service concerns, incidents, and complaintsParticipate in on-call rotation and required meetingsQualifications:Bachelorās degree or 4+ years of related experience (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass background check and obtain DPS Fingerprint CardStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and databasesReliable transportation; ability to travel as neededWork Environment:Remote, work-from-home positionDedicated home workspace requiredSome travel and in-person meetings requiredArion Care Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
