DescriptionThe DC Plan Management Associate will be responsible for working in a team environment, completing assigned tasks, retaining information and building knowledge in the field. Develop in-depth understanding of each client’s sensitivities, plan design and needs and objectives with respect to their benefit plans.Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned clients.Proactively manage accounts by setting appropriate expectations.Address all issues brought to Milliman by plan sponsors and external partners in a timely and professional manner.Respond to client and participant inquiries, resolve service issues and demonstrate a proactive solution-based approach to enhance client relations.Deliver the highest quality of service to clients, associates and management.Understanding of more complex plan features such as stock and brokerageAbility to handle more complex clientsAbility to handle a larger workloadWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Professional Qualifications1-10+ years of industry experience but with an aptitude towards problem solving (Analyst level is 0-5 years of industry experience and Associate level is 5-10+ years of industry experience)Preferred Professional QualificationsQKA certificationPersonal QualificationsWorks well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work productProficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Able to productively respond to changeExcellent organization and time management skillsIndividual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.LocationThis role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, Texas, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.The expected application deadline for this job is September 9, 2025.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $54,900 - $125,040. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. For candidates residing in:Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia:$60,390 - $93,610 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and$71,720 - $114,620 for experience greater than 5 years.New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco:$65,880 - $102,120 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and$78,240 - $125,040 for experience greater than 5 years.All other states:$54,900 - $85,100 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and$65,200 - $104,200 for experience greater than 5 years.Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
