• *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Opeeka, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that support our mission to improve care delivery and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development of scalable applications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet client needs and industry standards.
• *Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• *Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement new software features and enhancements in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document technical specifications, code, and system configurations for future reference and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Support deployment and integration efforts, providing technical assistance as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
