No healthcare or dialysis experience? We provide training! How You’ll Make an Impact • Handle blood and needles • Assist patients to their chair and throughout the clinic as needed • Take vital signs: weight, blood pressure, heart rate • Program dialysis machines (basic computer skills needed) • Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Facility Administrators and other PCAs • Carry supplies (20lbs to 40lbs) • Create a community first and company second (it’s what we do) Check out our quick Day in the Life of a PCA video below to learn more!
