DataOps Automation Summer Intern

Join ETS as a DataOps Automation Summer Intern to develop an AI-powered chatbot supporting DataOps engineers with pipeline queries and troubleshooting. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Build an AI-powered chatbot to answer pipeline queries and assist with troubleshooting. • Integrate the chatbot with at least one DataOps orchestration tool (e.g., Apache Airflow or AWS Glue). • Develop a knowledge base for FAQs and metadata queries. • Create demos and documentation showcasing chatbot capabilities. • Collaborate on presenting outcomes and recommendations to leadership. About You The company is looking for: • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program. • Proficient in MS Office business applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with an ability to manage conflicting deadlines. • Critical analysis capabilities, adept at processing high volumes of information and adapting to changing demands while prioritizing effectively. • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $0 - $18 USD per hour, depending on geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience. • Paid internship lasting 8 weeks, starting early June 2026. • Remote work opportunity within the United States. • Up to 8 additional hours of PTO for volunteer work on causes important to the intern.
