Data Warehouse Architect - REMOTE
Minimum Qualifications
The Consultant must possess the following minimum qualifications. The proposed candidate must have:
ā¢ either a) a bachelor of science degree, or equivalent four-year degree, in computer science or related information technology field or b) a masters or doctorate in computer science or related information technology field;
ā¢ a minimum of four years of experience developing and maintaining a data interchange system interfacing with a wide array of varying data sets including flat file, direct database connection, and eXtensible Markup Language transactions;
ā¢ a minimum of four years of experience working with ETL tools (e.g., Qlik and Informatica);
ā¢ a minimum of four years of experience performing data modeling;
ā¢ a minimum of four years of experience developing a data analytics ETL environment to support data analytics; and
ā¢ a minimum of four years of experience coding in Structured Query Language ("SQL").
Preferred Qualifications
OSC will give preference to candidates with the following qualifications:
ā¢ experience scripting in Python;
ā¢ experience in Tableau Server Administration;
ā¢ experience working with customers in data validation, troubleshooting, or collecting business requirements;
ā¢ two or more satisfactorily completed statistics courses from an accredited college or one or more year of professional experience using statistics;
ā¢ experience performing database development using SQL or Procedural Language/Structured Query Language ("PL/SQL");
ā¢ experience developing a data analytics ETL environment to support Tableau visualizations; and
ā¢ experience using ETL techniques to support a data analytics program for a government entity.
