Must have: QA and data validation, strong understanding of K-anonymity validation techniques, SQL for data comparison and profiling, defect tracking tools & good communication skills Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer Anonymization Validator to ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of data masking and anonymization solutions. The role focuses on validating anonymized datasets against privacy standards and regulatory requirements while supporting UAT and compliance sign-off. Key Responsibilities: • Validate data masking and anonymization outputs • Execute K-anonymity and L-diversity checks • Perform reconciliation between source and masked datasets • Build and execute test cases for data quality and compliance • Create compliance validation and audit reports • Identify, track, and document data masking defects • Support UAT activities and final sign-off processes Required Skills & Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in QA and data validation • Strong understanding of K-anonymity validation techniques • Proficiency in SQL for data comparison and profiling • Experience in test case development and execution • Strong background in data quality and reconciliation • Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) • Excellent documentation and reporting skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
