This is a high-impact role on the Demand Analytics team, where you'll support marketing strategy through rigorous data analysis and machine learning. You will develop and maintain models that evaluate marketing performance and inform optimization decisions across channels. Collaborating closely with marketing and analytics stakeholders, you’ll shape strategies through experimentation, causal inference, and deep exploratory analysis. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, curiosity, and strong communication to bridge data insights with actionable business decisions. Accountabilities: • Build and maintain machine learning models that drive decision-making across marketing strategies • Conduct A/B testing and use causal inference techniques to measure campaign effectiveness • Develop and communicate insights through exploratory data analysis to support budget and growth decisions • Define and monitor key performance metrics, identifying trends and potential improvements • Collaborate with analytics engineering to build scalable, analysis-ready data pipelines and batch processes • Contribute to best practices in data science and support internal knowledge-sharing within the analytics community • 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Statistics) • Proficiency in Python or R for modeling and analysis, with expert-level SQL skills • Solid understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and causal inference • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, matplotlib, ggplot) • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations • Demonstrated ability to work independently on open-ended problems and collaborate cross-functionally • Familiarity with tools such as Git, Airflow, and cloud data environments is a plus • Competitive salary ranging from $120,000–$224,000, based on experience and location • Equity stake in the company • Flexible remote work options and WFH stipend • Unlimited paid time off and up to 16 weeks fully paid family leave • 401(k) matching program • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance • $25,000 family building and reproductive health coverage • Gender-affirming care support • $500 annual wellness budget and subscriptions to Headspace and therapy services • $120/month live event stipend and annual music streaming subscription Jobgether Hiring Process Disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
