We are one of the most promising European technology companies to watch.About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Deep Learning Manager to lead the development and optimization of our AI-powered ECG analysis platform. This role demands deep expertise in deep learning modeling, with a proven ability to design and implement custom models from scratch. You will play a crucial part in advancing the state-of-the-art in cardiac diagnostics by exploring and implementing cutting-edge Deep Learning techniques.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.Continuously research and integrate emerging Deep Learning techniques, including representation learning, self-supervised learning, generative models, and novel neural network architectures, to drive innovation.Analyze, enhance, and scale Deep Learning models for complex signal processing tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and generalization.Oversee the implementation of data balancing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation techniques to improve model robustness.Drive model optimization efforts, leveraging techniques such as fine-tuning, distillation, quantization, and distributed training for improved performance.Spearhead automation initiatives for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment pipelines to accelerate development cycles and ensure efficiency.Collaborate closely with engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with real-world applications and business goals.Advocate for best practices in AI model development, validation, and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, signal processing, and AI to maintain a cutting-edge approach to research and development.RequirementsDesired Qualifications:4+ years of experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying Deep Learning models in production.1/2+ year/s leading and mentoring teams, driving collaboration, and managing day-to-day team operations.Strong expertise in signal processing, data balancing, model debugging, and performance optimization.Experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch, Python, and ML libraries (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas).Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.Preferred Qualifications:Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with a focus on Deep Learning.Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based ML infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).Knowledge of MLOps, model interpretability, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques.Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers.Contributions to Deep Learning research (publications, open-source projects).Experience with processing of ECG signals.Benefits Be part of one of the most disruptive startups in HealthTech and AI and make a difference Personal and professional growth as part of a fast-growing, international team No corners cut in having the best tech equipment to do your job Unlimited remote working environment, where you can choose to work from home and attend our Madrid office whenever you want to Learning and development opportunities and training budget Flexible Remuneration ‍⚕️ Health Insurance provided by IDOVEN Access to Wellhub (Gympass), empowering your physical and mental wellness! ️ Remote Work Allowance for your home office setup! 23 holidays, your birthday off, and December 24th and 31st half days to celebrate!
