Data Scientist 2
We are seeking a dedicated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance healthcare products through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage monthly production runs using automation tools and ensure data quality checks.
ā¢ Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement clinical rules for patient compliance.
ā¢ Design and implement algorithms for patient-provider attribution.
ā¢ Segment populations for targeted outreach initiatives based on clinical needs.
ā¢ Support the development of new data science capabilities and oversee production processes.
ā¢ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with governance and ethical standards.
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in data science with a focus on production systems and model development.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas and sklearn.
ā¢ Experience with SQL and managing large databases.
ā¢ Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools like Databricks and Azure ML.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.
ā¢ Knowledge of machine learning techniques and ML Ops best practices.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
