Job Summary:
We're seeking an exceptional Data Science Manager to lead our Acquisition and Partnerships team at Netflix. As a key member of our Growth and Commerce Organization, you'll drive business growth by developing and executing data-driven strategies for consumer acquisition, partnerships, and bundling. You'll lead a team of talented data scientists and analytics engineers, partnering with cross-functional teams to inform business strategy and drive influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of data scientists and analytics engineers to deliver high-impact business results
Partner with teams to define consumer experiences, set business strategy, and drive influence
Develop and execute data-driven strategies for consumer acquisition, partnerships, and bundling
Scale analytics, access to insights, and innovate on methodologies to drive business growth
Requirements:
Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering data science and analytics projects in complex business environments
Experience hiring and leading high-caliber, data-focused teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Tenacious, flexible, and able to effectively organize and lead cross-functional projects
