The Data Science team within the Operations Data Science (ODS) division uses data science and predictive modeling to optimize our complex operations. We are seeking a motivated recent graduate to contribute to the development of knowledge-based systems, AI models, and algorithms that enhance airline performance and customer experience. What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
Experience working with relational databases (SQL).
Familiarity with machine learning techniques (Python, SciKit Learn, R, SAS, or other platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and perspectives.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
