Responsibilities
• Prepares both ongoing and ad-hoc reports of moderate to high complexity to support business goals and objectives. Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
• Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Develops business acumen to anticipate reporting needs. Stays abreast of advancements in reporting technology and general trends in their aligned business area. Communicates results of reports to business partners when required.
• Reviews queries for performance issues, making changes as needed. Participates in the design and development of the system, as well as creation of user documentation.
• Identifies opportunities to standardize, scale, or automate common report requests. Develops enhancements to reports and existing processes. Interprets business needs, analyzes impacts, prepares for change and documents procedures.
• Designs and writes ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Prepares and delivers visualizations and internal presentations. Trains users on reporting tools.
• May conduct initial exploratory or descriptive analytics using data generated from queries.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of three years related work experience.
