Building a great company is hard work but work-life balance is also important.ResponsibilitiesBuild and drive the product roadmap of Candor forwardOwn products end-to-end including all of the following stages: product ideation, specification, technical requirements, working with engineering teams, reviewing product releases, client rollout / feedbackProduce data flow diagrams, data catalogs, and data dictionaries that are concise and scalable. Define data architecture standards and best practices that drive improvements in data quality, data interoperability and portability.Utilize and stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and regulations. Produce client-facing and technical product documentation. Interface with prospects, clients, and partners on their needs and requirements. Be a thought leader for internal and external partiesDeeply understand the Candor customer journeyQualifications4+ years of analyst, product, or engineering experience working with healthtech companiesExperience with data from payer, hospital and clinic support systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.), Payor claims processing, EDI, EHR, HIE, PBM as well as standard clinical metrics and taxonomies (HEDIS, STARS, HCC, CCS, etc),.Have a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystemExperience working closely with business and engineering teamsEffectively be able to lead meetings and gain consensus through collaborationExperience working with data and analytics toolsExperience working with design teams
