In this role, you will deal with a wide range of responsibilities, leveraging your experience in a variety of transactional and technology related issues: • Data privacy and cybersecurity, including cross-border transfers of data, investigations into security events, data security incident notifications, and responses to violations on privacy rights • Drafting and negotiating various types of software related agreements (e.g., terms of service, license and reseller, SaaS) • Leading IP and technology due diligence efforts regarding major commercial transactions • Analyzing confidentiality and Intellectual Property provisions of agreements • Drafting and negotiating patent licensing and technology transfer agreements Notably, this is a highly collaborative team environment where you will interact with a multi-office team and a diverse client base.
