Data Modeler with Healthcare
Good day, As a Data Modeler, you will lead the design and development of scalable data models, support data warehouse migrations, and enable analytics through optimized data structures. You’ll work remotely with cross-functional teams to support healthcare payer data initiatives. Position: Data Modeler Location: United States (Remote) Mandatory: Recent 5 yrs in Healthcare Domain, Data Vault Modeling, ERWIN Duties: • Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models • Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories • Analyze source systems and define target schemas in Snowflake • Lead data warehouse migration from legacy platforms to Snowflake • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements • Implement data governance-compliant schemas • Support ETL processes and data warehousing initiatives • Apply industry best practices for data modeling and database design • Use tools like Matillion, Visio, and BPMN for documentation and modeling • Translate business needs into optimized data structures for analytics and reporting Required: • Minimum 10 years of experience in data modelling and data warehousing • Proven expertise in Snowflake, Azure, and SQL • Experience in Healthcare Payers domain. • Familiarity with Power BI, Matillion, and Lakehouse architecture • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and canonical models • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Relevant certifications in data platforms or cloud technologies are a plus Regards, George LLC, 16192, Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware-19958 Phone: 609-917-9952 Email: LinkedIn: www.vestaf.com Job Type: Contract Pay: $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
