Key Responsibilities:

Precision Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and manage diverse data sets within Amazon's proprietary systems, adhering to strict quality standards.
Data Integrity Champion: Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies to maintain the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and alignment across organizational functions.
Process Optimization & Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of data entry processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Security: Adhere to Amazon's stringent data policies, security protocols, and confidentiality guidelines to protect sensitive information.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data entry activities, issue resolutions, and process improvements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Assist in monitoring data quality metrics and generating reports to identify areas for improvement.


Desired Candidate Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Demonstrated aptitude for detail-oriented work, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and a strong understanding of data manipulation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data-related issues and solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in data entry, data validation, or a related field is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills are a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
