They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Integration Engineer to manage OID mappings, conduct compliance control reviews, and design automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in IT operations.ResponsibilitiesResearch, collect, and maintain accurate OID mappings to our existing data modelMaintain alignment with security frameworks, compliance data, and IT operations standardsEngaging with the engineering team to implement and test mappings on virtual hardware and devices as neededConduct compliance control reviews to ensure coverage, traceability, and alignment with compliance and industry best practicesDesign, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline OID mapping, control validation, and content production workflowsBuild and maintain structured technical content and scripting enhancements for IT operations software productsResearch emerging IT operations standards and security best practices; design and standardize new mappings and frameworks within the productContinuously improve and update the content database through research, gap analysis, quality assurance, and process optimization initiativesOther duties as neededSkills1–2 years of experience in an MSP or enterprise IT environment supporting Windows and/or Linux systems1-2 years of experience in developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and troubleshootingFoundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, networking, and managed services toolsBasic understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and security control conceptsFamiliarity with core networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and device troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to research technical documentation and clearly document processes and findingsMotivated to learn, improve processes, and contribute to automation initiativesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planUnlimited PTOLife insurance coverageCompany OverviewNinjaOne serves as an IT platform for endpoint management that enhances productivity, minimizes risks, and lowers overall IT expenses.
