Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems
Perform quality control checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
Analyze data trends and prepare basic reports for management review
Organize and maintain digital filing systems and records
Verify data accuracy by comparing source documents to database entries
Generate routine reports and summaries from collected data
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Assist with special data projects and analysis as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 45 WPM)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or relevant certification
Experience with database management systems
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
Previous remote work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
