Key Objectives
The primary goal of this position is to accurately input, update, and maintain data within our systems, helping KPCA maintain high standards of data integrity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Enter and update data accurately into various databases and platforms.
• Verify and cross-check information for errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Generate basic reports and summaries as required.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
• Identify and escalate any data-related issues to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database software is advantageous.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
