Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our virtual team at Boldedge Consulting Service LLC. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our consulting operations through precise data management and entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Input and verify data into company databases and specialized software systems
• Process client documentation, including financial statements and transaction records
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and update records as needed
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, flagging discrepancies for review
• Generate regular reports and assist with data analysis tasks
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality requirements
• Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with database management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Reliable home internet connection and computer setup

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous remote work experience
• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations
• Experience with digital document management systems
