Data Entry Specialist (Typist) - Remote | WFH
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities...
Assist with clearing backlog by compiling reports and importing information from multiple systems and resources.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address business objectives and issues.
Ensure the integrity of master data by conducting regular data audits and measuring data consistency.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies.
Identify and correct errors in data entries.
Ensure secure storage and proper disposal of confidential data.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ years of experience in data entry.
Experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus.
Proficient in a computer-based work environment with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Available Shifts And Compensation
Available shifts: All days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour.
