Propose new strategies for candidate identification
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruiting area
Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate incoming candidates
Analyze professional profiles on job portals for active searches
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
Strong attention to detail in daily tasks
Minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience (preferred)
Advanced level of English proficiency
Ability to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
