Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry trends, processes, and best practices. Investigating discrepancies as they arise, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Completing additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Collaborating with the e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team to meet common goals and drive team success. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision. Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
