The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our Affinity database, ensuring seamless processing and management of applications. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately key paper applications into the Affinity database, maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy.
Assist the deposit room with tasks such as entering checks, stamping, scanning, and indexing documents.
Support cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members.
Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field.
Knowledge and Skills:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Schedule:
8:15 AM - 4:45 PM (may require periodic overtime).
