Job Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment team remotely. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. This is a full-time opportunity that requires collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and file legal documents accurately using internal systems and email
Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
Desire and ability to be a team player with excellent communication skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50-60 wpm
