Position Summary: The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.**
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Key paper applications into the Affinity database
Ā Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy
Ā Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
Ā Assisting when needed with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
Ā Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues
Education and Work Experience:
Ā High School Diploma, college preferred
Ā 1-3 years of related experience
Knowledge and Skills:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
Ā Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times.
Ā Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Ā Excellent interpersonal skills
Ā Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ā Ability to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlines
Ā Strong attention to detail
Hours Required: 8:15-4:45pm* (may require periodic overtime)*
