Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain accurate legal data in our database systems
Review and verify data to ensure completeness and accuracy
Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Previous experience in legal services is a plus, but not required
