Key Responsibilities

Accurate Data Entry: Input large volumes of patient, billing, and operational data into careerzynith’s proprietary and third‑party systems with a focus on speed and precision.
Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of entered information, cross‑checking against source documents to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields.
File Organization & Maintenance: Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring that records are logically organized, easily retrievable, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Report Generation & Summarization: Produce routine and ad‑hoc reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal reporting tools to support finance, operations, and clinical teams.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with colleagues in finance, compliance, clinical operations, and IT to resolve data discrepancies and improve overall data flow.

Essential Qualifications
