Available Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST
- Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST
*Choose one or multiple shifts based on your availability (minimum 20 hours/week).*
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home workstation.
- Prior experience in data entry preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Input transactional and operational data into internal systems.
- Cross-verify incoming data for accuracy and completeness.
- Support data cleansing and formatting initiatives.
- Flag inconsistencies and report anomalies to the QA team.
- Meet assigned deadlines and productivity quotas.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
