Performs successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Adheres to all safety and security procedures.
Adheres to overall site Risk Activities, such as daily document shredding and piggybacking
Applies policy and procedures knowledge and processes child support payments within service level requirements.
Required overtime at the end of shift may be necessary in order to meet deadlines
Regular and timely attendance

Required EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDRequired Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in reconciling accounts is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in payment processing center is preferred.
Experience in child support is preferred.
