Role Overview
This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity with a fixed evening schedule of 2 PM – 10 PM Central Standard Time (CST). You will join a dedicated team of data entry professionals who handle high‑volume claim forms, maintain strict accuracy standards, and meet demanding keystroke productivity targets. The role is ideal for individuals who excel at fast, precise typing, have strong 10‑key proficiency, and enjoy a structured yet autonomous work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Classify incoming healthcare claim documents according to client‑specified contract requirements.
Capture and input claim details into the proprietary digital platform provided by arenaxflex, ensuring every field is populated accurately.
Verify data extracted by automated tools, correcting any discrepancies and confirming completeness before final submission.
Maintain or exceed productivity benchmarks: 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric data and 2,500 KSPH for alphanumeric data, with an error rate of less than 1 %.
Perform image classification and indexing tasks to organize scanned documents for easy retrieval.
Utilize multiple software systems and VPN connections securely to access client portals, data extraction tools, and internal arenaxflex resources.
Adhere to established standard operating procedures, data privacy policies, and quality‑control guidelines.
Collaborate with supervisors and peers via virtual communication channels, seeking clarification when needed while maintaining a high degree of independence.
Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, software updates, and regulatory changes.


Essential Qualifications

Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
Proficient 10‑key touch‑typing skills, capable of sustaining the required keystroke rates.
At least 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably within a healthcare or insurance environment.
